Medal run for Christ’s College athletes

Christ’s College athletes Jake Boyd, Sam Moore, Otto Church, and Dylan Jackson have all made their marks at the New Zealand Track & Field Championships in Dunedin.
Both Jake and Sam have claimed multiple golds in U16 events while Otto has won silver in the U18 pole vault and Dylan has recorded personal bests (PBs) in the hurdles.
Meanwhile, Dylan has taken the honours at the Canterbury Club Championships, winning both his hurdles events. Sam has also picked up two titles, and Otto, Bertie Botha, and Henry Ridd have all been on the podium.
At the Canterbury Children’s Championships, both Jake and Malachi Rattray have been in winning form, with Jake finishing 2nd overall at the competition. Max Hurring and Luca Lemalie have also recorded PBs, with Max finishing 2nd in the 100m hurdles.
