College takes great care to ensure the quality of the teaching and pastoral care provided to our students but recognises that, occasionally, things go wrong.
The purpose of this Complaints Policy is to:
- Encourage early and informal resolution where appropriate; and
- Provide a clear and transparent process for resolution of complaints.
