Food, drinks, friends and good conversation – the Christchurch Long Lunch, was a resounding success. The annual lunch took place on Friday 20 November at The Christchurch Club – 120 Old Boys, ranging from their early 20s to 80s gathered for this sold-out event. It began in the courtyard, where drinks and nibbles were served before a sit down two-course meal began inside. Guy Heveldt was the guest speaker. Guy delivered a sensational speech, discussing his experiences as a TV1 sports announcer and reporter. The event continued into the evening and was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended.
