Southern Tour de force by Christ’s College cyclists

Southern Tour winners Will Crawford (U20) and Harrison Tapper (U17) – along with 3rd placegetter Hudson Carter (U15) – have delivered outstanding rides in Marlborough.
Navigating four courses over two days, the Southern Tour features a time trial, criterium, hill climb, and road stage. In the criterium, Harrison has won the national U17 title while Hudson is the U15 runner-up.
In standout form, both Will and Harrison have won their respective hill climb and time-trial events, with Hudson 3rd in his time trial and 2nd in his hill climb. Meanwhile, Wilbur Talbot is the runner-up to Harrison in the U17 hill climb. In the road race, Harrison has proved too strong for his age-group rivals while Will has finished 3rd in the U20 race.
Will and Harrison have both won the ‘king of the mountains’ jersey classification, with Harrison also winning the points jersey classification.
