Great sounds at the Sedley Wells Solo Music Competition

There was no audience because of Covid restrictions, but that didn’t stop the competitors in the 2021 Sedley Wells Solo Music Competition performing with huge passion on Tuesday night.

Family and friends shared their experience via live-stream, while adjudicators Chrissie Badger and April Chapman from Medbury School had the difficult task of deciding on winners.

The contest is open to any College student who plays a musical instrument or sings solo.

Head of Instrumental Music Nick Coxon thanks the judges, the College music staff, the accompanists, all the teachers who prepared and supported their students and to Grant Hadley for the live-stream.
