Fine art of giving back to College

Old Boy Sam Julian has returned to College to share his university experiences and help senior Design students with their creative processes.
Sam, who left College in 2017, was Condell’s Head of House, and gained an NZQA Outstanding Scholarship award in Design and Visual Communication in Year 13.
He is now studying for his Master of Architecture at the University of Auckland.
Sam says he keeps in touch with the Design and Visual Communications department at College.
“I have returned to College recently to talk to boys about the creative process and take part in a Q and A session on studying at the University of Auckland and architecture,” he says.
During his visit, Sam also spoke to a trio of Year 13 boys working on conceptual designs and a Year 12 Design class.
