Charlie Burdon on target with SI title

Charlie Burdon has been named the Skeet High Over All Champion following a perfect score at the 2021 South Island Secondary Schools Clay Target Championships in Timaru.
More than 180 students and 30 schools took part in the competition on 10 July, with the senior college team of Charlie, Tom Macdonald, Harry Trolove, Henry Lassen and George Helmore finishing second in the five-person points teams event.
Tom and Henry also finished second in the two-person skeet teams event while Digby Sheild was 9th in the South Island Kilwell Single Rise Trophy match.
