Fitting tribute to a remarkable man

We recently held a special Evensong Chapel Service (click here to view) to unveil a plaque for Nicholas Speight (9768), who was killed during peacemaking with the United Nations in Iraq on 24 April 1999. We were joined by Nicholas' brothers, Simon and Jeremy, and other family members, along with some of his class of 1980.
Simon paid tribute to this remarkable man, as did former longserving teacher Graeme Worner.
Following the beautiful service, we hosted a lovely supper.
