Domestic enrolment

Everyone's welcome at Christ's College.

Christ’s College welcomes families to enrol their son at any time from birth. This enables College to keep you up to date with upcoming events, such as open days and information evenings. We encourage early enrolment to avoid the disappointment of missing a place at College.

    Executive Principal meeting

Our Admissions Registrar will be in contact to organise a meeting with Executive Principal Garth Wynne. This is not an ‘interview’ for enrolment. The meeting is your chance to ask any questions about College life and the many opportunities that College has to offer so you can both be informed about school life. Equally, it is our opportunity to get to know you and your son a little.

    Timeline for 2025 enrolments

    1. All siblings of current and past students – as notified through the enrolment process – will meet the Executive Principal in November 2023. A link to book the meeting will be emailed to parents/caregivers in October, with the option to meet in person or online.

    2. Other students will meet the Executive Principal in February/March 2024, according to the date of enrolment and space availability. A link to book the meeting will be emailed to parents/caregivers in early 2024, with the option to meet in person or online.

    3. If an application is received too late and a place at Christ’s College is unlikely based on the number of enrolments we have received, you may not receive an invitation to meet with the Executive Principal.

    Enrolment offer

After attending the meeting with the Executive Principal, unless a matter of concern has been raised your son will be offered a place via email. Your offer of place will have a one week acceptance deadline. If this acceptance deadline is not met, your enrolment will be automatically moved to the wait list. A wait-list status is no guarantee that a place will become available.
