Mr Rob Donaldson, Deputy Principal
Rob Donaldson’s main responsibilities are the day-to-day running of College and the pastoral care of students, as delivered primarily through the House system.
Mr Robert Aburn, Assistant Principal - Planning and Administration (Director of Music)
Robert Aburn says there is an overall symmetry between his College roles. Both rely on good communication skills, careful planning and close attention to detail.
Mr Neil Porter, Assistant Principal - Community Engagement and Special Projects
As Senior Master External, Neil Porter engages with the community beyond the gates, working with Old Boys, promoting College, recruiting boarders and liaising with other educational organisations.
Mr Paul Rodley, Director of Information and Communication Technology Services
Paul Rodley manages all aspects of information and communications technology (ICT) across the whole College campus and is also responsible for the learning associated with digital technology.
Mrs Claire Sparks, Director of Admissions, Marketing and Communications
Claire Sparks oversees Christ College’s marketing and communications strategy, which includes all College publications, advertising and promotion, its social media and web presence, and community engagement, such as open days and information evenings.
Mr Colin Sweetman, Bursar and Board Secretary
Colin Sweetman’s area of expertise is business and management. He sees the big picture, but pays close attention to detail; he is super organised, deadline driven, task oriented and makes things happen.
Mr Darrell Thatcher, Director of Boarding and The Centre for Character & Leadership
Darrell Thatcher has been appointed to the new position of Director of Boarding and The Centre for Character and Leadership. He has been at Christ's College for the past 16 years, 14 of which have been involved in boarding.
